1. Non-Returnable Food Products: We take utmost care in sourcing and delivering our food products to ensure freshness and quality. Due to health and safety regulations, most food items are non-returnable. This includes perishable goods, such as fresh produce, dairy, and baked goods.

2. Handmade Products - Exchange Policy: Our handmade products are crafted with love and attention to detail. If you receive a handmade item that is defective, we offer an exchange within the following guidelines: Eligibility: Only handmade products are eligible for exchange.

  • Defective Items: If you receive a defective handmade item (e.g., damaged during shipping or with manufacturing flaws), please notify us within 7 days of delivery by email: store@thesourcematters.com
  • Exchange Process: Contact our customer support team via email [store@thesourcematters.com] or phone [865-281-1811] providing details of the defect. We will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label. Once we receive the defective item, we will promptly ship a replacement to you. 

3. Exceptions while most food products fall under the non-returnable category, there are a few exceptions:

  • Expired or Spoiled Items: If you receive food products that are expired or spoiled, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and provide a resolution.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect food item (different from what you ordered), please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

 4. Refunds As a Policy, we do not offer refunds for food products. However, if you encounter any issues, please reach out to our customer support team, and we will endeavor to find a satisfactory solution. There are rare times that will not be possible.
